Wow wish I read all the terrible reviews first. Awful experience at Kerry airport. Guy at desk was lovely while by the way getting me to sign up for over £100 hidden charges costing more than the car rental. When I called him at later date he completely changed his tone. Completely underhand behaviour and customer service of no help whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. Took over £100 extra charges from my card with no explanation whilst being all friendly on the desk at Kerry airport. When I followed up completely changed tone and couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough. Very underhand and customer service will also not engage. Do not use if you want to avoid being scammed.

Do not use this company as they will not deal with any issues they just keep making excuses until you run out of time and energy to pursue the issue and you are left with an unusable item! AVOID….

Picture frame not fit for purpose. Zero customer service. Made it so impossible that I gave up trying and now left with a £65 unusable item!

Good efficient service. Helpful pick up even with social distancing. Always found Croydon branch really nice to deal with, have bought several bikes there 👍
