Caring and Professional Service!

I believe that it has been approximately eight years in which I have used Flights guru. The service is simply fantastic and I feel like I am the only one that matters for that day. Service is warm and professional and I am given relevant information to support my trips. Most significantly Rachael has been a dream. May God eternally bless her. Julian and family!

Fantastic care and support

My experience was great because of Rachel's efforts to ensure that my travel needs were met. Planning the trip was made easier with the options that were shared with me and the commitment in the process which was demonstrated in conversations and communications with the agent.
I have been booking flights with this company for about a decade and I am happy to rebook again and again!

Love Flights Guru

My experience was amazing. The Flights Guru team are friendly yet professional. When I call and request a particular consultant, my message is passed on and a swift response ensues. Regardless of which agent I speak to, I am always very well looked after.
Rachael, in particular is amazing and an asset to the company.

Friendly, Effective and Professional Service

I have used 'The Flights Guru' for a number of years now and I return for every venture for a familiar service, friendly staff and most significantly competitive affordable prices.
When you decide to use The Flight Guru', you must get to know their friendly and competent staff-particularly one called Rachael. She has booked fares for many members of my family and friends. When looking for a lovely holiday, Flights guru is my first choice. My travel needs are their priority and I am looked after quite well.

I liked that my parcel came in a timely…

I liked that my parcel came in a timely manner. All was good for one parcel.
Unfortunately the other part of my package was tossed over the fence and into the back garden. It remained there for days as I would not look there for my parcel. A little note to alert me that the parcel was in the garden would have been useful.
