From the initial consultation and expert advice on system sizing to the final sign-off, communication was seamless. They delivered exactly what was promised, on time, and with absolutely A1 service. Easy process

Terrible services from river island , bought an out fit for the daughters confirmation, with the shoes she wanted to match the dress, shoes were store delivery because shop had none in stock ,got the dispatched notice, today 3 week later went in to shop because confirmation is close, told they hadn’t arrived and that I needed to ring there customer service , called there customer service was told they went missing in transit, I asked could they send out another pair , told I would have to order another pair and pay for them and wait 7 days for my refund of first pair they lost ,went back to store was told they had none in stock to buy and I would have to travel to another store to see if they had any , turns out no store has them . Now got to tell the daughter the shoes she wanted river island messed up her order and she won’t be getting them.
