Customer service is slow and not technically proficient. They wasted over a week just to figure out that the 'titre se sejour', my residence permit won't work for them. I have salary setup and an account with another bank in France with it. The lack of experience with something basic is usually a sign of possibly bigger issues down the line so it's good to know early.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. The lady at VFS was super helpful and went out of her way to ensure my application was processed quickly and passport received in time for my flight as I had planned poorly and not understood the required sufficient time for the process.
