Good product, beware of refund policy
I like the product, but please be aware of their refund policy. Once an order is placed, (other than your first order) it cannot be cancelled or refunded (unless faulty). They don't remind you of upcoming subscription orders, so once they charge you it's impossible to cancel this or get a refund. It's a legal refund policy - but it feels very shady. Just something to be aware of. I should have cancelled the subscription earlier but assumed I'd get a reminder.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As others have said, I'm wondering if this company is actually a scam. Terms and conditions on the website say glasses will be delivered within 28 days, I'm now at 31 days and communication from them has been poor. At this stage I'm just trying to get a refund but even getting a response is like getting blood from a stone. I've never dealt with a company which clearly has so little regard for customer satisfaction.
