Could not be worse
They would not except my credit card or debit card to cover the excess and so I was forced to buy the stupidly expensive insurance. This company is the same as Goldcar and they will find anyway to rip you off. There was also loads of hidden costs when I went and picked up my car. They should not be allowed to operate, I think what they are doing must be illegal.
