Easy and fast.

It is obviously a good quick system but IT numpties like me struggle with the photo uploading. I did it in the end more by luck than understanding! Also my address remained stubbornly red. Fortunately your helpful email provided an opportunity to ask for help and Jen responded. Thank you!

It seemed quick and simple compared applying direct to the government direct which kept saying there an error and getting 4 hour lockout and I still do not know why there was an error. It is really difficult to comment truthfully since I don’t have my visa yet

Relatively straightforward being a British Passport holder

I was expecting some problems with the amount of information being asked for. Great surprise, it was all relevant and sensible. The question I raised in asking for clarity were excellent and so helpful.

The web interface was just so easy to use, the admin assistant named Jen emailed if there was any mistake. The whole process was so simple. If you are prepared to do a bit of work and are semi computer literate TERN are the best and most cost effective platform for visa applications. We successfully applied for a 600 visa for a Filipina lady, done in a few weeks. Will definately give TERN another go for partner visa.

They were very helpful,made my application very easy and convenient.. They gave us few pointers to get our documents presented correctly and accurately.
Process was super clear, easy and actually quick, agents were very responsive and is friendly user.

Fantastic experience with tern! We planned to DIY our 820 visa but having the extra reassurance an immigration lawyer was looking over our documents made us feel so much better and at a fraction of the cost! They were incredibly responsive to any questions we had and the website was clear and easy to use. We could go at our own pace and see what still needed to be uploaded. Would recommend them to anyone that doesn’t want to pay the exorbitant agent fees on top of the crazy visa fee but wants the added reassurance everything is there and correct. They definitely spotted a few mistakes we missed which saves us having to amend anything with the DOI. Very glad we used tern and will be recommending them to anyone else needing help with the lengthy partner visa process!
