I've forgotten to mention my no-claim bonus, called insurance and swift insurance added them up after 5 months of policy and refunded extra charges.

They don't answer the phone calls even if you are in an emergency. Eventually, if you speak with an advisor they will transfer you and automated service will end the call. absolutely rubbish service. Can imagine COVID 19 effects the business but other companies are doing fine. I was trying to contact them for one hour then somebody responded. They said chat online and nobody online to chat with you just automated answers. Please avoid!

Very poor customer service. Download browsing and uploading very slow. Started charging extra.
Definitely not recommend talk talk.
