Can I give them zero? First of all, they have very little experience with what they said they could handle. They coudln't handle it. They told me I needed new headlights on my 2009 VW Beetle, and I thought I should take it to a qualified dealer, but no, they could handle it just fine. Well, they broke the headlight socket taking the old ones out, and tried to glue the new ones in, telling me it took longer than planned because someone who worked on the lights last June must have broke that piece. NO ONE worked on the lights last June. I proved that. They continued to lie every chance they got, never telling me to bring it in for another fix, or telling me their fix was temporary. When I told them one headlight was now completely out - it wasn't before - they said they would order the part they first said was no longer available. Over a month later, and my headlight flew out of the socket while I was on the highway! But they continue to lie. Don't trust them. I'm so sorry I did. I paid them $1500 to break my car and had to pay another $2200 for the fix - somewhere else. Why would I trust them to touch it again when all they did was lie?
