B&B Hotel Aalborg: Rude staff in the reception.
We were staying at the hotel, because we celebrated our anually wedding anniversary, but not extra service from the reception. Our check in took approx 10 minutes. Nobody in the que before us. The check out took 20 minutes. Nobody in the que before us.
We had to eat our breakfast in a sofa in the reception, as there are very limited seats in the restaurant. The amount of seats in the restaurant does not at all match the amount of guests, that can stay at the hotel.
The breakfast was not at a high quality, as we would expect and as good as we get at other hotels. We are often staying at hotels around Denmark and abroad.
And when I mentioned this at the reception during check out, the staff was just rude again. Only reply from the staff was "do You want the receipt send to your mail"
I told them, that our stay was not fulfilling our expectations at all and that I work in a big company having a lot of customers coming to Aalborg. And based on this very bad experience, I will not recommend the hotel to our customers. Also this is the last time, we will book room at B&B Hotel Aalborg
