Everything in the shop is lovely but attention to customers is not that great. Second time we buy in the shop and in both occasions the members of staff had a bad attitude. Unfriendly, unwelcoming and they just seem bothered to help you!

The best about the delivery was the delivery person, very kind and polite, with a great sense of humor. The bad side, DPD should have delivered our parcel yesterday…

Order was massively delayed, and I didn’t receive what I ordered. Wrong size all along and instead of two pair of panties i got only one and in a smaller size!!
