Very disappointing service at this ADA…
Very disappointing service at this ADA location, and I have tried their other locations which are much better. The car was not prepared when I arrived, and they offered me a dirty car without disinfecting the surfaces which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic considering the risk of Covid. No compensation was offered and I was given a impolite response when I requested a discount. Clearly poor management and lack of professionalism in this office.

Det var meget dårligt at I kunne ikke aflevere min pakke til min dør, ellers til en posthus i min område. Jeg måtte tage det på toget og bære det på mit hoved fordi det var så stort.
