At first I was very pleased with the manufacturing of the clothes, I'm a professional tailor and some of the finishes were very good compared too other mass produced brands. But then I got sooooooooo disappointed by the quality of the fabric! I bought these fairly expensive brocade pants and after less than 2 hours of wear the loose weave on the inside FELTED by rubbing onto my maybe not perfectly shaved thighs and the fabric is all puckered! It's been a month since I reported it to customer service and despite them promising to answer within 48h I still haven't heard anything yet. Will never buy online from them again

I regularly buy thing on this website, household stuff and electronics, perfect service, delivery to AlzaBox is excellent and when I had to resturn something I received the refund straight away

Ho ordinato del materiale il 25 di Novembre e dopo aver contattato sia il corriere che per ben due volte il servizio clienti, ancora non ho ricevuto il mio pacco. Oggi (13 Dicembre) mi è stato annunciato che ci sono stati dei problemi con tutte le spedizioni effettuate lo stesso mio giorno. Non si sarebbero scomodati ad informarmi però se io non li avessi assillati!
Ho richiesto che il mio ordine venga completato e i tessuti vengano consegnati al prima possibile, speriamo non ci siano altri intoppi visto che sono per progetti di lavoro (sono sarta).
Cmq non penso proprio ordinerò di nuovo

I'd definitely buy again, as prices are more than good.
Wasn't happy with the lack of comunication, haven't received any confirmation email after paying, had to email them to ask if the ever received the order. After that they packed up my stuff and send it with next day delivery. Just wish they did it without my intervention
