Staff very helpful but let down by…
Staff very helpful but let down by suppliers.The glasses arrived but there was something wrong with them and they had to be returned to Italy I believe.I'm still waiting. But as I said the staff are very helpful

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the glasses when they arrived which meant they had to be returned to the manufacturer for correction. We carry out stringent checks on all glasses when they arrive at the practice to ensure they meet our quality standards, and on this occasion the issue was identified during these checks before we were able to dispense them to you.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to have to wait longer than expected, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We’re doing everything we can to get your glasses back to you as soon as possible, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding.
