Amazon agreed to refund my order of one thousand euros into a gift card, instead of refunding my order to a bank account, because I no longer have acces to it. Instead of doing what they said they did the opposie. When i told amazon that they had to fix it or at least give me compensation they said nothing could be done, they told me not to use capital leters or else they would ban me and they sent a smiley face, knowing that i lost thousand euros because of their lies. They are horrible people, theives and liers and need to all go to jail!!!

I placed a few listing with a transparent background. Only for then to made public two days later with a horrible unprofessional black background. They dont offer me the option to change it myself to images with a white background. They told me to send them the images with a white background for them to correct the listing. Over a week later and they have done nothing! They say they take up to 48 hours to resolve the issue even though it is extremely simple. A week later and they have done nothing. I have to remove my listing and post them again from scratch. They take 15% from all your sales and do a horrible job. They constantly send me emails and messages to lower my prices by huge amounts. They want to get money from you and they alter the images you use in your listing making them look horrible, their is no way to change or edit the images on your listing; they told me to send them images with white instead of transparent background and that it would be resolved in less then 48 hours. It has been over a week and they have done nothing and are ignoring all my attempts at contracting them!!

I bought a product on their and it never arrived.they told me to stay home all day because it would arrive, but it never did. They also told me that they sent me three text messages to my phone about the delivery and they didn't. I asked for a refund and they refused.

They told me to stay home to receive the package. I explicitly stay home all day without leaving and nothing happens. They tell me that they sent me three messages and I didn't get any. They don't deliver what I paid for and when I ask for refund they ignore me. They are thieves and I will never trust them again!

Is impossible to contact them to talk to a human being. they give me warning for doing stuff that other people do without any issue. they earn billions a year and dont even have an live chat or email to contact them. even worse then facebook!!

They show five star reviews for products but does not let you add your own reviews. They must be fake reviews

Horrible customer service

Closed my account and kept my money. Refused to say why and refused to return my funds. Contacted many time and they always ignore me.

They removed my account and refuse to say why, i had cryptocurrency on there and they still have my money. I emailed several times to get my money back but they are refusing to return the money they stole from me!!

I have 31 messages, but it says i have to upgrade in order to read them. I am going to delete my account and use another site instead.

They ban you and give you false reasons. Even if you pay 140£ for the membership they ban you, give you false reasons and if you contact them explaining that it is false accusations you stay banned and they ignore you. Don't waste your time and money with this app!

I bought king fit transparent and they were not transparent at all, they are like any other underwear. I asked for refund because i was mislead but didn't refund me. Beware the transparent model is not tranparent at all.

Only 2GB storage unless you pay 200$ per year. can add web-based files but then they are stuck there forever, you cant remove them. Awful support, take days to respond and no phone number.

saying that it is awful is an understatement, it loads so long that it never gets open, so i cant edit, the communication is bad and things keeps going wrong. Even though it is going to take a-lot of work to start from scratch with a new website builder, that is what I will do as I have no choice otherwise. I wish I never used this.

would not let me buy american stocks as a us citizen outside of america. this is very limiting while there are other platforms which allow me to buy american stocks. I had to switch to IG
