In the depths of Winter, we had a memorable fjord cruise after our overnight stay in Flåm . It wasn’t until that evening, while getting ready for dinner, that I realised I had lost my 50th Wedding Anniversary gift - a tree of life pendant - on the ship, probably while removing my heavy jacket once settled on board.
The staff at Flåm Visitor Centre bent over backwards in their efforts to return it to me, including navigating the restriction on posting jewellery internationally - despite it being a return of an owned item! So while it took extra time to arrive due to the many public holidays between loss and return, I now have my personally valuable item back in my possession. I can’t speak highly enough of their care, attention and gracious assistance.

Online shopping was great - but let down from 5 stars to 4 by the absence of an identifiable person’s name on the address label to receive the item at the postal address!
The item purchased - a 12V 24 inch TV for our caravan - was an excellent buy.

Love the varied meal choices, the easy prep, wonderful flavours and the optional choices with some meal choices BUT the delivery service (in my area at least) needs some work. Why is it so hard for a driver to follow simple instructions, clearly printed on EVERY ORDER? Some weeks - perfect - other times completely ignored! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Pity - it spoils an otherwise 5 🌟 experience!

Apart from a recurring issues with delivery drivers not following the instructions on where to place orders (if they don’t follow them why bother asking for them!), I find these meals nutritious, flavoursome and generally easy to prepare with correctly portioned ingredients and nice fresh produce.

Love the variety, fresh flavours and excellent simple recipes. My only criticism is that prep time organisation needs to be carefully scrutinised before starting to prepare and cook! Meshing components across oven, cooktop and prep CAN take some juggling! Personally I prefer to do all my prep and ingredient assembly before doing anything other than pre-heating an oven. Those dishes that are one-pan are GREAT for easy cleanup and some dishes which suggest boiling veges CAN be modified to use your microwave much more efficiently. I would also like to see more meat plus veg options each week - currently there is usually only one, and it may not be one I would choose.
For home cooks looking for different options during CoVid, AND after, I still highly recommend this service - it is easy to order, delivery options (different days, varying numbers of dishes) are excellent and the portion sizes are generous, so the 2 meal option could work even for 3 smaller meals or 2 dinners and 1 lunch. Little or no waste due to measured ingredients (unlike another where an order for 2 people which included, say a rice dish, would generate a 250 if even 500 gm pack of rice WITH EACH SUCH ORDER! I am STILL using some of those supplies 8 months later!
For me and my spouse, the journey has been easy, tasty and well managed at every step.

Hope they last well at the price - we will wait and see! Service and packaging excellent with free delivery, but not otherwise. Probably will not buy another pair.
