Although my order was initially incorrect as I recieved sunglasses rather than my 7 pairs of trunks after I raised a dispute it was rectified. Husband would have been disappointed but his order was correct in the end. Great product!

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this feedback; it's always great to hear how The Bear is helping enhance a child's reading journey. The National Curriculum guidance has changed to simply be 'neat and legible' handwriting. Most schools follow their own handwriting policy.

Due to blind fitter being unwell had to cancel. I understand people get unwell but would prefer another fitter to step in. Also disappointed with not all blinds fitted so have to be re made. Thinking about ordering more blinds but may choose another company
