Totally unscrupulous.. do not buy from this vendor 👎

I purchased a watch strap for my VC Overseas earlier this year, the strap arrived damaged and inferior in quality.

I promptly returned the item and requested a full refund.

To date nearly four months later I am still to receive a refund.

Do not buy from Helvetus, their products are not Swiss made as advertised and their customer services untrustworthy and deliberately obstructive.

Second watch I have bought from Oakbury.

Neo vintage Omega Speedmaster in immaculate condition. Competitive pricing, easy online negotiation, even hand delivered this time via their new Liverpool showroom.

Arrived on time and well packaged.

Had the kit professionally installed and it looks great on the car.

Small blemish / paint run on the rear spoiler, which I contacted customer services about. They have promised to replace the spoiler as soon as new stock arrives.

Overall very good service.

I booked in with Greg not knowing what to expect, I was having trouble with my hands and suspected the position on my (newish) bike was the problem.

From the moment you arrive Greg makes you feel welcome, informed and at ease.

He explained the process every step of the way - from cleat adjustment, to saddle and grips.

The end result… I’ve been on three rides now (C150m) I feel more comfortable on the bike, better balanced and much stronger through my legs. With the subtle adjustments he made my arms feel more relaxed and so far I’ve not any issues with my hands.

For those of us addicted to these two wheeled contraptions we know they are an expensive but enjoyable piece of kit, why I hadn’t been fitted professionally before god only knows.

I would highly recommend Dr Sprocket for anyone who wants more comfort and enjoyment out of their bike.
