They provide excellent communication and service, every step of the way. From when I first called to asked questions, I got straight to an engineer who advised me on the best solution for our needs. They are slightly more expensive than their competitors, but don't let this put you off. They offer the best service and support in the industry. I am using them now for home, work, and recommend them to friends.

Bought a lifetime membership from them, when the company got bought out the new owners claimed to not know anything about it. How do you buy a company you know nothing about! either way, they screwed up and should pay the price. Ignorance is not a permissable excuse.
Do yourself a favour and use Private Internet Access, it's cheaper too!

The truth is: we didn’t buy the company — we bought its assets (servers, tech, domain) in an asset-only sale. No contracts, no financial records, and no mention of Lifetime Deals were disclosed. That’s not just unfortunate — it’s a critical gap we’ve acknowledged from day one.
Despite that, we didn’t shut things down immediately. We kept all Lifetime accounts active for two extra years at our own cost, while modernizing the outdated infrastructure we inherited. Could we have communicated earlier? Absolutely — and we’ve owned that mistake publicly and repeatedly.
You don’t have to trust us — and we respect your decision to move on. But this wasn’t about dodging responsibility. It was about facing a hidden mess and trying — imperfectly — to handle it as transparently as possible.
