I had a fantastic service offered by Jannick Larsen from skade center who assisted me in reporting a claim about parking damage. since the website process is in danish, he has walked me through and reported the claim after gathering the details. this is my first claim interaction and it was super smooth. Appreciate his effort in helping me to finish it in a few mins of call.

Appreciate the delivery ontime eventhough we had bad weather.

Initially it didn’t go as expected but eventually everything went well. So Its time to appreciate Mr.Kalana and his team who is at the service centre. They have fixed my ev6 which came out of factory in march with non functioning AC, Bjarne Nielsen Service centre folks ensured that they will get the issue fixed, right from ordering the parts with the help of kia danmark, since ev’s are new and problems are also not that easy to find as well. I have been provided with loan car in the meantime until they handover my car. I will definitely recommend bn.dk for sales and service.

Have recently done 7year Nano Graphene Coating, result was outstanding and the car looks glossy and you can feel the smoothness when you touch it. Have recommended my friends as well, as casper has done a really nice work and also you can avail loaner car when your car is at the workshop.

I am an YouSee customer for almost 8+ months, have been in Denmark for more than 6yrs with full time employment and also owning property, I don’t know why still this express bank thinks that I am not eligible to buy a phone. Such an ineffective customer business model they have. I hope YouSee should think about other bank options because it indirectly affects your business too. I have been forced to pay full amount for my purchase even though I wish to go for 12month installment. I was thinking to try with different vendors like Telia, telenor but since I had very good experience with YouSee so far, I opted to stick to yousee. I have received my driving license exchanged today after taking 4sessions under the guidance of Per. He was super friendly and noted almost every minute things which has to be focused. Every session i could see the improvement and also i was getting more confident. At the end, i got my license in the first attempt. Clear tracking and perfect delivery. I was away from home when the delivery person visited, so it has been handed over to nearby shop and related information also received right away. Package was also handled well unlike postnord where hardly you see no damages.

Worst customer service at Fredriksberg Store. Had plans to get MacBook bro, asked for price and payment options, employee was not at all showing interest to share the details and I have never experienced such kind of experience in the last 4yrs in Denmark being an expat. So Had to visit Elgiganten / power, customer service was excellent. Have provided the information what I was looking for. Will prefer buying my new MacBook pro from any one of these stores, but definitely not with humac.

Bought iphone 5s battery, glue and tool kit. Except toolkit everything was perfect. Toolkit is not good enough, plastic lifts are breaking and also screw drivers does not have enough magnet to attract and hold the screws, i hope phone parts should not sell this, as this is not good one.
