This is the 2nd time I have had to do with GLS - comedic just how horrible the service & delivery is (both my experiences wants me to just flat out cry).

My package was first held at GLS for over a week, then took over a week to arrive in the country (Finland).

Then they put my package OVER 30KM AWAY when it was clearly written at order to be HOME DELIVERED, there is literally a post office around the corner in the worst case scenariou and there's no forms of communcation whatsoever from this company.

For now on I will actively cancel & avoid any form of business with this poor excuse for a delivery company.

I was never truly into buying Keys for games, but since they've almost stopped or rarly ever goes on sales (new nor old ones) really threw it off for me.

I was skeptical at first but have used it for several months now and hasn't let me down, has the absolute best deals I have seen around and its immediate delivery.

It's truly amazing!

Immediate, and the key worked - also was the item I purchased.

I truly love the headset & Microphone quality...
But one major issue I found was if you used
the "Steelseries Engine 3" software to tweak
with the Equalizer settings,
It absolutely broke audio quality especially if you tweaked as little as 0.1 on positive or negative side of the 64hz & 180hz frequency you where left with a very noticeable audio distortion during music or gameplay at medium to higher bass tones.

I had been tweaking it for days and I always ended up getting annoyed by the random static crackling noise coming from the headset when it hits that medium to high bass.

The only solution I found around this was to leave all values flat at 0.
I ended up using this software called "EqualizerAPO" with the "Peace" add-on for it to tweak settings and everything was fine again.
Pretty disappointed as everything else has been great with the headset and all but this "Steelseries Engine 3" was nothing more than trouble.

Other than that I have enjoyed the headset a ton.
