I ordered 4 CCTV cameras, got no tracking number, clicked on track order and all I can access is estimated delivery date, that date has passed over 2 weeks now and I stil have not recieved my order, i contacted Onbuy and get a poor response, contact paypal !!!
Surely a company that connects you with a seller can trace your order and connect the seller with me to solve where my order is and when it will arrive, they were quick enough to take my money, but cant link me with the seller to source my order ? Very suspicious !!!
I would never order from Onbuy again or reccomend them.
Right now I'm trying to get response from them to help trace my order through the seller and getting no response.
I'm seriously thinking of contacting the ombudsman regarding this if I dont get response or help from Onbuy soon, stay away from this online seller,

I seen an advertisement for curvewow on facebook..had a look at the clothes and ordered a few pieces ..I thought the items were very reasonably priced and of very good quality. .I returned 2 items as they wer too small and reordered. .The return service was so efficient and the tracking system I thought was brilliant as I was aware of where my parcel was and also got emails about my refund..I hav recomended curve wow to lots of friends and will definitely shop wit ye again..Top class service and product all round
