Bought a pair of sunglasses that were fake and the seller agreed to received them back. Seller (very cleverly) claimed they got damaged during return shipping and Vinted decided to release the money to him without investigating further this case that involved a fake item and that the seller was aware he was selling a fake item because I caught lying about the store he bought the sunglasses at. I tried contacting Vinted several times (more than 10) and they could never explained how they just decided to side with the scammer. Already filed a police report against the seller and Vinted for this matter

It took them 2 weeks to ship items that were supposed to be ready to ship according to their website. After my last email complaining about this, they just replied with a shipping number (finally!!!) but their customer service was slow and never got a sorry for the delay or anything. Definitely not buying there anymore
