Unfortunately this company is a high pressure sales scam. I was trying to purchase premium economy tickets from the US to Europe. After I had made my purchase on line giving credit car info etc. I received a call from best ticket fare, for what I thought would be confirmation of my ticket. I was told that the "special discounted fare" did NOT include luggage. ALL premium economy tickets include checked luggage in the price. I was told that if I wanted to have my luggage checked I would have to upgrade EACH ticket by $890 +/-. I declined & said that I would pay to check my bags at check in. I was told that due to this being a "special discounted fare" I would not be allowed to do this & would need to upgrade my ticket. I again declined this offer. I then asked to cancel my reservation & was told there would be a $300 fee per ticket & the balance would be an airline credit for future purchases / travel. At this point I was very annoyed & frustrated. Asked the agent to process the original reservation. This time I was connected to his supervisor & went through the entire "speech" again about upgrading my tickets. Again I decline & asked for my original reservation to be processed & I'd take my chances at check in to pay for my luggage. It's well known in the airline business that paying for checked luggage at check in is very profitable for the airlines & as consumers we all know & accept this. The representative did not like my request & kept pressuring me to upgrade my ticket. I told him I would just travel in the clothes I was wearing that day & buy what I needed when I got to my destination!!!. Told him I wanted to think about it & would call them back. During all of this "negotiation" my credit card had NOT be charged. I then put a "hold" on my CC for any future charges & waited for 3 days before cancelling my credit card. Best ticket fare attempted to call me at least a dozen times during that credit card "hold" period & I refused to answer their calls. Have since purchased my tickets through the airline directly & have not heard from best ticket fare. This company is a high pressure scam. Any positive reviews have obviously been submitted by the company employees themselves!!! DO NOT use this company & save yourself a lot of time & frustration.
