There are actual humans in customer care which is great. It is so rare now a days. Whenever I chat with humans, issue gets resolved.

I ordered the measurement ring which arrived quite quickly and was super useful!

I will start with good: The ring was pretty and packed in a beautiful box. The quality was good and it included a little certificate with it.

Bad part: The time and hassle. My order was delayed more than a week and in total it took exactly one month for it to arrive. And now, I want to adjust the ring size and the ring measurement thingy has been on the way since a week. Everything takes just too long and it is a huge hassle because there is no physical store. Next time, I will just pay a bit more and go to a physical store so that at least I can talk to someone. The things like measurement of the finger take minutes in a physical store but online it is a whole project of several months. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to buying jewelry to buy it from a physical store.

So far, Payoneer has solved my Freelance needs. Fee structure is transparent and customer service is good.

This is the worst app/API I have ever seen. From a developer point of view, I have never seen anything worsely designed from a major company. Dashboard works half of the times, if you are lucky. API is really messy and examples on their on docs often don't work. They have very very very strange rules which make it impossible to test your setup. I do not recommend anyone to use this weird platform.

As a freelancer, I have to be really careful about the platform I choose since a wrong platform can bring you to zero within a second by blocking your account or deprive you off your earnings. After trying many other platforms, I must say Upwork is the best I have found. They have actual humans who can look into disputes and make a reasonable decision. I have found the support system to be extremely reliable and just. For the first time, I have found a platform which actually values its top freelancers and goes a step further to make sure that they are being treated the right way! Highly recommended!

AirHelp managed everything on their own. I didn't have to do much apart from providing info. Great service!

At first, I thought may be they are just overloaded due to recent boom in crypto market but even after months, they are unable to fix their issues. At times, it is not even possible to login or place an order. Crappy service!

Sehr schlecht! On a 100Mbps connection, you have to wait couple of minutes to open a simple web page. Most of the time internet is so slow to not even usable. Not recommended at all.
