What an utterly appalling group of people. Client service? Forget it, you'll be ignored, circlejerked, lied to and fed AI responses.
They flag music for copyright infringements and decline tracks for utterly ridiculous things, lie through their teeth about how or why it's working the way it is, then slam the tickets shut on your hands when you try to have a conversation about how and why.
I cannot stress this enough: as an independent artist, DO NOT use Soundon. They are belligerent, ignorant clowns.
They also take the rights to your music from you, by the way, its written in the T's and C's.

How can I fault the store, I shopped at pets at ho,e for a while and was always made to feel an idiot, sold animals with health issues, then I came here and have never looked back, the staff are the friendliest I've come across, we shop there almost weekly and they always treat us like friends , we have bought several rats and three guinea pigs from the store (Clydebank) and I would godly recommend this store over anyone else in the area, if only suggest an aoption center for pets, as it's a good attraction and the charity is great, pets at home has it but they treat it as a dumping ground to make money off, whereas I KNOW this store could do it right, please keep up the great service and continue to change the face of pet sales in Glasgow!
