Missed bin collection
My bins were not collected on Friday, i was on holidays abroad and sent an email explaining that i hadnt received my bill via email and paid straight away, a lovely agent, Darah, responded to me and told me would look into situation and came back almost immediately and asked if i could leave bins out for the next morning, i unfortunately didnt see email until later saturday afternoon.. went back to Darah and was advised if i could get bins put out on Monday night he would arrange collection on tuesday morning, neighbours put bins out for me, and they were emptied. Darah was so helpful and pleasant and really felt it was above and beyond a normal customer service response .. amazing service .. thank you Darah
