I've ordered several times from Collections Etc. I was not satisfied with the rug (runner) ordered it seemed and read as a better quality of rug. I'm sorry the runner it's not what I expected. Very poorly made and looks like something for a kids play house not a house. I didn't return it because of the cost and hassle is more than what I paid. thank you
