A)The first time I used you my garage had water in it. I felt it was an emergency and called the plumber.
Then you refused to cover it because we didn’t call you first.
A) I did not know that because in all these years I never used you.
This time our a/c went out in 105+ weather and I called you. It was 2 was+ before anyone came.
A)They fixed it.
B) We have 4 dogs, 2 cats. The dogs suffered and we suffered

Technician was polite and did The repairs fast he k knew what he was doing.

Well I was assigned someone to fix my constantly running toilet. It said call them so I did. When he answered he said could I leave my number as he was napping. Said he’d call me back. Wow! I said I’d call later. Wow where do you get these people?That wasn’t very professional! I’ll call Tuesday…possibly Monday as my appt is on the 8th.

My service technician was a trusted repair person I have actually hired outside of Choice in the past... I am glad to know he has joined the team. He completed the service successfully on the first try and I hope he will be the first contacted in the future.

I already sent you a survey response. Thanks for being there when needed. Asking over and over again does not create good will. Just the opposite. After all the service isn't free!

efficiency of the technician/ knew what he ws doing and did it well

company that provides service calls was sub-standard this time. Did not show up for scheduled appt. but did not contact me to cancel the appt. I had to call the next day and found out the technician had a flat and couldn't complete his appt. Good excuse, but needed to know same day. Also not happy with timeliness of appts. two recent ones were 5 business days from filing a claim. way too long (imo) . 48 hours seems more reasonable.

The HVAC attendant was very helpful, nice and explained what to do until he can come back with the parts he needs. The company took into consideration my heart condition and got here asap. Very pleased.

The young man who repaired my oven was very respectful and professional. Thank you

Please get rid of the AI answering the phone. It doesn't work. We end up with a human so what are you saving?

This is a very very bad company it's like a big scam they sent a plumber out to my home he collected payment before even looking at anything... Gave him $100 dollars he never submitted the claim then when I try cancelling my warranty with this company they took me threw the ringer please do not get this warranty company it seems like it's a scam this is a terrible business very bad experience the people they get to come out in do the job seem like scam artists also I was very uncomfortable with that plumber being in my home seems dangerous unprofessional... This has been the worst experience I ever experienced with warranty company...

I had a quality repairman that did a good job. The only problem is once the claim is accepted it is 7 to 9 days to get the repair.

I switched to Choice from another home warranty company only because the price was slightly better and the deductible was a little lower. I had to file a claim recently and I was not impressed with the way it was handled. Instead of having the service company contact me to set up an appointment, I received an email advising me of the date and time of my appointment. To make matters worse, there was no company name, only initials, and no contact info. I was not going to be home during the scheduled appointment time so I needed to reschedule. I ended up having to contact the warrant company’s customer service and she said she would pass the information to the service company and that I should look for another email. This was on a Friday and my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. By Monday afternoon I had not received another email but what I did receive was an automated call reminding me of my Tuesday appointment! They did change the time though to the afternoon when luckily I would be home. I don’t understand why the servicing company cannot call and schedule an appointment for a day and time that’s convenient for the customer. At the very least the email should have a contact number in the event the customer needs to reschedule. That being said, the technician who came was great.

I had a great experience!! I had to reach out and use this service for the first time and they had someone out within the week. They were able to fix my dishwasher in no time. I am grateful for the quick response.

Wanted microwave door repaired or unit replaced

No appt made yet no sure when they can get a tech. Wanted me to find someone to check unit out and get a quote. NO this is what I am paying for
Not happy. Also when I signed up for this the price was fixed see it went up too now. One more thing was told on phone when I bought this deductible was $80.00 but it stayed at $100.00 you do not have honest sales people. You need to get someone on this microwave soon am considering canceling. Was told Choice was the best

Service representatives was excellent and provided professional service with wonderful communication

The plumber arrived during the time period assigned and immediately checked the garbage disposal and determined that it could not be repaired. After getting approval he got to work and replaced it and fixed a pipe that he said that was not installed properly. The garbage disposal is working smoothly.
