Your product is excellent

Your product is excellent. My order dated 3rd April had not arrived by today - 21st April. I went to a local branch of DHL who were very helpful and they told me the parcel was at a branch of DHL some 20 kms away. I went and collected the parcel. I realise this is not ROBELL but can something be done to ensure my orders are delivered to me on time - I had the same problem before but did not complain.

Disillusioned

For many years I have had excellent service from Fitflop. However my recent order - the address on the parcel was incomplete so I had to go to a carrier to collect them. The shoes did not fit. When I tried to return them from Portugal one carrier did not want to know and the other wanted to charge €57. The site is labeled EU making the customer think the shoes are coming from Europe and not, as is the reality, the UK. Very disappointed.

Top top service.

Living in Portugal has its advantages but choice of good furniture is limited. Our internet search led us to Smiths the Rink and their comprehensive stock of Himolla leather chairs and sofas. Olly's thorough knowledge of his product made the decision to buy very easy. We are delighted with the furniture and service that got it here. Well worth the trip to the UK.
