I recently ordered a Fairview 40L backpack along with a Fairview 15L to attach to it, as opposed to a 55L.
I had some questions which were handled very well by Sara in Customer service Osprey. I wanted a bring on board or check in Back pack and a hand pack for under seat on budget airlines and this combination will work very well accompanied by clothes cubes.
I used an Osprey Tallon 30L velocity for a 6 week SE Asia trip as a carry on and hiking bag. It was fantastic

I had an issue in a property with flies late November. I called Rentokil and within hours Darren called me to make an appointment. He came assessed gave me options. The property was fumigated 3 times over following three weeks by a technician. Darren kept in touch and was very responsive such that one evening late I texted him and he responded almost immediately. Always responsive. While not cheap. Great service. Darren is top class a credit to Rentokil and an example to others on customer service

The wrong Gloves were sent initially, but when it was brought to their attention the correct gloves were dispatched without delay.

I contacted Paint shack looking for a particular paint. They did not have it in stock and my need was urgent. They sourced it in one of the Paint manufacturers shops and had it held for me. There was no financial gain for Paint shack, but I think they deserve huge credit for Customer Service. an example to others. Thank you. Guy

Quality product, great value

Pick up & Drop off were first class better than experience with Sixt in Barcelona in November 2021. Photos taken and available on cloud before & after rental.
The car a DS X-3 was a great all electric comfort car with great technology. Only challenge was finding charge points which when not registered as a user is a drag. I was getting 250Km for €5.00 of electricity. Car hire for 4 days €224. Great Value, great service,
Access to and from Airport in Bordeaux was easy 39 bus running every 20 min.
Overall I would recommend and use again Free2move when visiting France

I had an old Potterton, but it would never heat the house like this new Worcester Bosch. I am getting great heat in an old house. I fitted a Mag Clean while doing the work which should help the piping around the house. Overall very pleased, at least my wife is who suffers from the cold

The distance and time to get to car Park at Luton airport is not good. It is not the car hire companies issue but the airport Authority. I waited 20 min for a bus on a Sunday morning
