I ordered 2 items, one of which I sent back as it didn't fit. The trainers I kept but the sole started to peal off. Despite the fact that the item was faulty, I was not offered a free return. Faulty items should not be included in the returns policy.

I had a really positive experience with MCL Medics. I was triaged within 2 weeks of my initial enquiry and had my first online appointment with the counsellor the following week. Although we booked all the session times at the beginning, there was flexibility and I was able to move things around when my schedule changed. My counsellor was really knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. She listened carefully and offered useful tips and information to help with coping skills. She also emailed further information that she thought might help. I finished my 6 sessions feeling much more in control and able to cope.

I thought I would try the knickers as they were recommended by a friend. They are extremely comfortable and, for the most part, stay where they are supposed to. My only problem is with the price - I can just about justify the cost of the sale price!

It takes a long time for your item to turn up. Returns are expensive. Item is lovely - a bit too big but not prepared to pay for return.

I've used AO a few times now. They are generally very competitive in price. You can book a delivery day that's convenient to you and then they phone you on the day to specify a time so you don't have to hang around. They turn up when they say they will and the delivery guys are polite and helpful.

I had a puncture. E-tyres sent out their guy the following day. I was able to discuss options of which tyres before hand and choose the best for me. They turned up when they said they would and did a quick and efficient job.
