Paid to have windows measured, already had bought blinds from them. When measurements were submitted we were told window is too big and we can't make the blinds.
Fine, give us a refund of money paid for measuring, NO!! point blank refused a refund, basically told us our tough luck!!!

Good quality wine.
Used them for a while and the quality and service is good. Helpful when emailing and will do as much as possible to facilitate.
Dark reds are my favorites.

This company are a total disaster. No communication whatsoever, email only and not helpful in any way.
Fees are continually deducted when you lapse over a period of time, I have lost around € 40 on 3 cards in the last 3 years.
Latest card has 6/7€ on it and will not work at any outlet, yet they don't care as the time lapses they keep on charging their fees!!!
I have been contacted by the Swirl team and they have made a gesture of goodwill, to be received soon.
I appreciate the feedback and willingness to content me as a customer, on that basis I will be using the Swirl card and topping up my existing one.

The SWIRL Gift Card is free of fees for the first 12 months from the date it is initially loaded. The card you received in 2024 has not had any fees applied to it. However, the cards issued in 2023 and 2022 did have fees of €3.50 per month applied as a balance remained on the cards beyond the initial 12-month fee-free period.
To assist with your current situation, we can see that our team has reissued the card with a balance of €6, adding back the deducted fees as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, we are unable to prevent these fees from being applied once the 12-month period has passed, as this is outlined in the terms of use.
If you’re experiencing issues using the card, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at that time. They are available on multiple channels, not just email, and will be happy to assist you further.
Additionally, we will be reaching out shortly with a full breakdown of the card details you’ve provided to help clarify everything further.

3 weeks have lapsed and several emails sent stating my dissatisfaction with the service provided and no reply. This company are so used to bad reviews that they basically don’t care. Deposit was taken rather than frozen and when returned I was charged for currency conversion! Vehicle provided was nowhere near what was booked. I paid for VW polo and was given Kia Piccanto.
Never again.

I arrived late into Glasgow airport and when collecting my rental I was informed that there was a late arrival fee. I didn’t agree with the amount that was being added to the rental and decided to cancel the rental. I was refunded the full amount and was reassured by Samira that the refund would be credited to my account. Within 2/3 working days I received 300 pounds, my deposit, and then 221 pounds for the rental.
Next time I’ll make sure that it will be an earlier flight and will definitely rent from Sixt. Fair play and thank you.

Generally good on prices and service. In my opinion having a monthly bill is much better, you can manage the payment accordingly. Other companies have a fixed/flat rate that you can pay monthly over the year so that it pans out and is more affordable!
