We had a fantastic time with Luigi on the boat. We booked last minute and the team were flexible in finding us a private boat and allowed us to stay out later (as we left later).
Fab time in both Amalfi and Positano with a great stop for lunch.
We even saw dolphins on the way home!

Luigi was knowledgeable and energetic!

Overall, I love this. Super healthy, and really convenient.
Positives: speed to prepare is genuinely about 15-20 mins which is super convenient and gives a decent chunk of my evening back. The recipes and flavours are great, especially the sauces! Packaging is all good, and recyclable and the deliveries are seamless too.

Opportunities: more variety in the ingredients/recipes would be amazing. I love tofu, but it appears quite consistently. There must be other unusual veggies, ingredients, spices that could create more variety (seitan, zatar, etc).
Also, my box size is £7.50 a portion, which can feel a little expensive when some of the recipes contains lentils, an onion, and a sauce. Not a deal breaker as I understand delivery, the support systems/wider organisation costs a lot to run.
