The shop layout is interesting and fun. They have different and cool products, items you wouldn't find anywhere else. You actually get genuine discounts. The best part is their App. I love it. You get "points" very easily. And quickly get freebies. Without going through hoops and spending a fortune, like every other shop and "loyalty" program, Normal actually gives back! We will keep shopping here

I like that they have genuine discounts and a flat rate delivery. But I was disappointed that I never received any samples with my order. I just got a tiny Lindt chocolate, which was nice but considering I'm ordering a hair product, a sample would have been more practical.

The website is an absolute headache to use. It is extremely slow to load each selection. Then once you've waited for this extra long process, I had to input my card details several times, as it kept going back to finalise payment page.

Delivery is free, no problem with returns. Impressed with the excellent quality. When they have a sale, its a very good one. I will defo keep coming back
