Good delivery service

It came quickly. The remover guys brought it right to my room which was so tricky. It was difficult to reschedule the original delivery.

Last minute cancellation of pre scheduled trip

My driver cancelled a pre scheduled trip AT PICK UP TIME. It was for an urgent medical appointment. I had it booked from the day before. I knew there was a rail strike the next day. It was the most stressful trip ever. I’m lucky Uber saved me. I’m deleting the app now.

My order never arrived. I phoned up. The staff was nice and helpful. So far no follow up though and no order. It is 16 days since I placed my order.

Reliable, flexible, delicious.

I think I have figured out the ordering system so my address is now right and I have potato-free weekly boxes (I grow my own). The weekly reminder of the deadline to amend my order is helpful. The veg are top quality and far more delicious than supermarkets. I love the suggested recipes.
