Firstly, I am sorry you have not been 100% satisfied with our Dehydrator. I would like to ask a few questions, because I am confident I can help with some tips to speed up your drying. We have thousands of happy customers who love using our Express Dehydrator, but it can take a few goes to get the hang of it.

Firstly, can I please ask, what type of food did you try to Dehydrate? Also, how thick did you slice this food and how long did you dehydrate it for?
