Tbe train is comfortable and quiet. Staff are excellent, helpful, friendly and polite.
Air con was turned up so carriage became too cold. A member of staff turned down the aircon on request. Well done!
Access gates at Milano Centrale frequently turn down the QR code on phones and printed tickets with no station staff on hand to help. The system needs to be mire user friendly.

Not as described
The jeans I ordered were described as having a zip fly.
They didn't, they had button fly and I have had to return them at my own expense, costing over £4 to post.
Not impressed.

First class product
First class product. Does just what I had hoped it would. Great sound from my small TV.
Just needed one lead which was missing from the box. I imagine that was the reason for it being a graded item. No big deal.

Review of Findmypast
Very Misleading Website
This company does not provide access to 1921 census as advertised. Its website is very misleading and the product is massively overpriced. To charge £200 to access publicly generated and owned data is a scandal. It is cheaper for me to make a 100 mile journey to Aberystwith, access the National Library of Wales, stay the night in a posh hotel and drive back again than it is to use Findmypast on my home computer. What is that all about?
