Models are good quality and accurate but their accounts department needs to get itself sorted out. All items bought were paid for and the account stood at nil. Then out of the blue after months of no activity received a letter from CCSCollect their debt collection agency. I rang customer support who confirmed the account was clear and asked them to confirm in writing. Email received confirming account clear then received an email from CCSCollect stating that they still required payment. Why cannot they sort out their accounts as it would appear that I am not the only one who suffers from their inefficiency

Review of Westbourne Model
I ordered an item value about £25 from them and paid by credit card, the money was taken immediately. Two months later I am still awaiting the goods this despite numerous calls (only got through once and they falsely promised it would be posted that day) and email messages. OK the amount is small but if they do this to the majority of their customers should it not be reported to trading standards. I will give them one more week
