Henry B was an excellenty youfibre…

Henry B was an excellenty youfibre engineer. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The check and router swapping was completed to a very high standard, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Great service from start to finish – I would highly recommend Henry B. Thank you!

Poor delivery service

I bought pc monitor and also I've paid for Saturday delivery but unfortunately I've got my item on Monday. I send an email to the Scan ,
I asked for a refund for delivery of but have not received a response.

Thank you for your feedback, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced on behalf of DPD.

I can see form the notes on the system, my colleague after speaking to you on Saturday contacted DPD and arranged for the delivery to take place on Sunday. DPD advised us that your parcel hadn’t arrived at your local depot in time for Saturday delivery.

I can see from the tracking that this was arranged, but unfortunately DPD had further issues and your parcel only arrived at your local depot today. As a good will gesture I have contacted DPD to have your carriage reimbursed, please check your emails for further confirmation.
