Please be advised that if you wish to return, we would urge that you wait for all items from your order to be delivered, as it is at this point that your return window begins. If all items from one order are being returned than the initial delivery fee will also be refunded.

You can create a pre-paid return label within your account online. Please note that you are not obligated to use these labels.

The refund would be processed within 7 days of the date the parcel is received at our warehouse. Please always keep your return tracking receipt whether you use our return label or your own.
