I live in NZ and ordered a hamper for my lovely mum, paying extra to make sure she had it for the Bank holiday weekend. The courier company advised they had a glitch and could not deliver until after the weekend. Contacted the hamper company who arranged for another hamper to be delivered by DPD who kindly got it to her on the Sunday - awesome service, much appreciated. My mum was thrilled.

Love the dress but disappointed that it had to be sent to family in the uk who then had to onsend to NZ as you don't deliver out of the uk. This must decrease your sales as not everyone has family or friends to help post out of the uk!
