After leaving an honest but poor review of Avis car hire the company replied and offered an investigation. I duly gave the information they were looking for and waited. Fast forward a few more weeks and nothing! No acknowledgement of email, no investigation. Nothing! Stay well away from Avis car hire. There are plenty of good car hire companies to chose from.

I have had to call 123.ie Insurance after making a mistake renewing my elderly Fathers Insurance online. I got speaking to an agent, his name was either Dean or Dane(sorry I didn't catch it). All I can say is the customer service I received was 2nd to none. He sorted everything out for me and was so pleasant and nice the whole way through. Thank you.

After arranging car hire through Avis 5 weeks before our trip, we arrived at our holiday destination to discover our booking had been cancelled.. by Avis! When we contacted Avis we were told there was nothing they could do for us. We had to pay triple the price to hire a car. Needless to say we will never use Avis again. Seriously bad service!

Following the reply below from Avis, I did indeed give them a chance to investigate. The silence from them is deafening! They certainly will never get our business again.

Best place to buy contact lenses... Had a problem with delivery before Christmas, by no means the fault of Vision Direct, none the less the guys sorted it for me immediately.
