I used their blood test service, with a discount for my first one-off order. I used the Lite version as I was really mainly interested in getting my ApoB and ApoA measurements done as I could not get this tested at my local GP surgery.
I have found the service to be excellent, with regular updates as to what stage I was at and what to expect next.
The few queries I couldn't answer from the FAQs, were quickly clarified by their excellent customer service staff, who responded quickly, clearly and politely every time.
I had a technical issue with my phone being too old to download the necessary Apps to read the QR code part of the setup, but again a lower tech solution was quickly reached and worked well.
The blood test is done via a Tasso device which I found very trouble free to use (I have heard of folk struggling to get blood flow) which may be down to the fact that the kit included a heat pad to warm the arm prior to taking the sample.
On the second day after testing, I received my results in PDF form and on a dashboard so I could quickly see what was out of normal range and what was not and investigate further with precise figures.
All in all a great experience which gave me what I wanted quickly and efficiently.

I find Trustpilot very easy to use and that it often elicits a faster response than emailing companies' customer services departments.
I always check out reviews of companies I am not familiar with prior to ordering for the first time, and Trustpilot is one of my go-to sites for this purpose. Very useful!

EDIT#3: Very rapid response to prompt this time - I have now been offered a refund for the order, which I have accepted.

EDIT#2: It all went quiet for over a month after sending details, so I have now requested a refund as I have had no joy.

I absolutely loved the teeshirts when they arrived, although the choice of text colour (black on a dark blue background) was questionable and made it difficult to read.
I always wash teeshirts etc before I wear them, to unstiffen the fabric after shipping and storage. I was so disappointed that the design and motto on the front (I bought the cat - relax, everything is out of control one) faded considerably, to the point that the motto is now almost completely invisible. Given that these are not cheap teeshirts and they have essentially lost much of their appeal after one wash, I was very disappointed.
Had this not happened, they would have got four stars minimum as the sizing was true to the published measurements and the fabric was thick and high quality.

Up until yesterday, I would have rated Prolific 5 stars. I don't know when I joined but it was at least 5 years ago and I love doing the surveys, some of them are really interesting and intriguing. You have absolute control over what you choose to answer and not, personally I tend to do a mix of longer ones and short and snappy single question ones.
Then yesterday I got asked for ID verification when I logged into my account to do some more surveys, via a company called Onfido.
Initially I wondered if Prolific had been hacked, but a quick check and it seemed genuine.
I followed the link that had to be done on a phone, can't be done using a laptop camera, it would appear, which is a shame because my laptop would be much easier, I suspect.
Onfido need you to take a photo of your ID, but sadly the aperture that comes up on your phone, that you align with your chosen ID type and snap a picture, does not actually snap a picture of what is in the aperture, but rather several inches above it. After a few tries to snap my ID, I gave up and contacted Prolific, both yesterday and today and have not heard back from either contact. Meanwhile, I am unable to complete any surveys - now I would rate them 0 stars for not verifying that the verification would actually WORK! What a shame.

Couldn't have been more helpful. Our car was in *definite* need of a tune-up this year and we booked it in here, largely because they were the garage that could fit us in before winter REALLY sets in.
We paid for an MOT and service online and took the car in on the date requested.
They were able to carry out most of the work required on that day, but one item couldn't be done as they did not have the requisite equipment. ATS helpfully recommended another garage not far off that could do what was required. Bearing in mind this is running up to Christmas, I was ever so happy to be able to book the work that had to be done there within a few days, then back to ATS to have to work completed.
The work was all done, our car is now running much more smoothly and I feel that I can trust the car again when I set out.
The guys at ATS Workington were very helpful and accommodating; I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I have some sensitivity and at the time of starting, some mouth ulcers. Within a week the ulcers were fading fast and all sensitivity while brushing had gone. Since I currently don't have access to a dentist, waiting lists are long around my new home, I am happy with the product.
I only use a very little at a time and I am still on my first, very heavy tube, having delayed my second one several times while I waited for the first to get near the end!

When my leggings arrived, I was quite impressed: The pattern was true to images on the website, the fabric was thick, soft but fitted well with plenty of elasticity.
Fast forward a month or so and I am less happy. The leggings have been washed a few times only but started to lose their colour brightness quite quickly and their elasticity around the knees started to fail after a couple of washes.
I contacted Llama by email but they asked for better photos which I cannot supply as the camera I have on my phone is all I have.
Ultimately I was neither impressed by the product I bought (which aren't cheap) or the service I received. I will not be buying from Llama again.

We have recently moved into our new home and needed a whole kitchen, appliances-wise. Within a week of moving in, we had them, including the cooker installation. The folk who delivered were helpful, friendly and cheerful. The appliances are all working well.

I am by no means convinced that the power of my tap-shower has been increased but I can say that my shampoo appears to be giving me more lather for less shampoo which indicates that the water softener part is working and that is why I bought it in the first place!

We bought a bath panel. Delivered quickly. Lovely product transformed our bathroom. It did have a slight curve to it when it arrived but we laid it flat under a weight and it straightened out eventually.
