I bought four chairs which were supposed to be delivered to my home address, they weren't. Instead the delivery company took them straight to the post office. Why offer delivery to the door when it's not. I also had one faulty chair. This experience was 5 star. No problems with a replacement which was sent, to the post office, the next day. I don't mind that the delivery went to the post office, just tell me so I'm not sitting at home waiting for a parcel that's not going to turn up. In saying that I would not hesitate in ordering again from Milan as I would rather have great after sales service than delivery to the door..
