The OVO engineer who came to our property called us to advise he would be with us in 20 minutes. He arrived before that timeframe. He was very polite and commenced working immediately. He explained what he was doing in changing both our electric and gas meters. He was very professional and left us with the impression that he was an excellent ambassador for OVO Energy.
