A decent service which enabled me to find a great garage to get the job I needed sorting. Booking through the site doesn’t really work so it’s best to just message the garage and confirm that way.

Good rates (best I could find) - process to order online and pickup from store was hassle free and would use again.

Easy and quick to shop online and delivery is more often than not quicker than stated.

Orders for big items are dealt with poorly - in this case a TV - which was admittedly a bargain.
Get a delivery date, didn't happen. No communication.
Then get offered a date nearly a week away, which I'm not at home for, only one alternative given. Good price for the item, but absolutely rubbish service.

I cannot recommend part exchanging with Cazoo. When it’s a no from them it’s no and there’s no negotiation. Felt I was led on by a generous offer just to be let down on collection day.

Sold my old car and paid cash and then things went smoothly. The car I got is lovely at a great price. Customer service not great - can see why they are moving to a different business model.

PRO's: Pick your car up and drop it back; People in the call centre perfectly pleasant; Quick service.
CON's: Anything extra they quote for, and they will find something extra, will be at extortionate rates. I was quoted £571 for replacement of brake pads and discs and got two alternative quotes for less than £170. I've used Servicing Stop before, but I'll never use them again. Absolute rip-off merchants.

Great price on the quote for better cover than I had before with a big name insurance company who tried to hike my price by 50%!! Recommended!!
