I came to them Epos Now as it sounded like it would do what we needed ! They sent me the wrong machine, I could not understand their foreign customer service in okinawa or somewhere I dont know I could not understand them nor could they understand me. I sent the wrong machine back to them and they have received it and I have not processed a single transaction and they want me to pay a lot of money to end this nightmare !!! Today they billed me for 20.00 for nothing !

This company sent me the wrong machine, and did not send another piece of equipment they promised me if I signed up, then when I called customer service none of their seemingly brainwashed foreign customer service reps could understand me nor I them ! So after me getting the wrong machine, the appt for setting up this machine on a sunday their caller was 30 minutes late or more, the salesman before I bought he and his manager assured me I would be happy or I could get out of this deal, they also called me every 30 minutes about this deal, before I bought the machine and once they get your money you will probably never hear from them again I told them there was a problem and no one has responded. about them sending me the wrong machine and they are saying I will have to pay a penalty fee for breaking their contract when I have yet to process a single transaction due to I dont have their machine that I paid for ! The machine they sent is not the one I wanted or paid for ! I spoke to a very nice lady Tess and she went to their manager and now they say to wait until I send the machine back with their label and then I will receive an invoice for the fee I still owe them ! How can I be charged when nothing they have sent is correct ??? Beware of these Shysters !! Dominick the sales guy and Kailum the Sales Manager are the worst, they are a discredit to phone salesmen everywhere, if they had done what they said sent me the right machine and the promised bar code printer I would give them a chance but when I got no response for over 2 weeks and no one got back with me as promised what would you do ? Oh and I have called their customer no service at least a dozen times and got nothing settled !

I received a call from a nice lady who was very polite and not pushy at all and she asked if we would be interested in trying out and demoing a new conceptual guitar that makes playing guitar easy for even beginners or pros alike. It was sent to us free to try out and I was amazed how fast it shipped and then when we opened up the box in less than 3 minutes it was making music !!! Very impressed with the whole process !!!!

I have to say I am impressed !! It has helped my feet after just a few uses ....I have not had the toe cramping at night that was keeping me up ...if everything was as good as Nooro ....what a wonderful world it would be !
