I recently moved into a house with a Nibe air to heat pump system. I've never had any experience with these and the system hadn't been serviced for a while. Jack was the engineer who called out and I couldn't have met a more friendlier person. Not only did he do a professional job checking over the system but also took the time to guide me through how everything works. If you have a Nibe system, look no further than Unipipe.
