Excellent support for returning the product
Unfortunately the towel radiator was just too big for the space we had. So a tip to buyers: measure the space including the thermostate ;-). Daniele contacted me after I issued this using the contact form. The process was really good and Daniele helped me out in a great way. After 2 weeks the money was back.
